Leaves or no leaves....that is the question.

I painted this yesterday.. an acrylic painting on 3 canvasses for my livingroom. I was in an autumn-state-of-mind, and it came out through my painting. I orginally was thinking that I wanted to paint some type of whimsical leaves on it...just a spattering of them here and there -

But I woke up this morning, and had a change of heart.. I think I like it this way..

What do you think? leaves or no leaves?

Happy Wednesday!

I would leave it just the way it is. I wish I had the talent to do something so beautiful.

I like it the way it is - it's a great painting! The contrast is lovely so I say no leaves.

I also love the painting just as it is, Kristin, w/o leaves!

Your blog makeover is amazing. I think it totally reflects your generous and kindhearted personality!
Cool header too!

I LOVE it. They are totally my colors too. I'm a total Fall girl myself. I like the simplicity but then I haven't seen it with leaves and usually more is better in my book.

I am really liking your blog makeover too. It's always nice to shake things up.

I feel like I'm going crazy because I swear I commented on this post already. I love it just the way it is and it looks great in your living room.

Definitely no leaves. I love it the way it is...very folk-art! Perfect. Love. Love. So nice for Fall. As for the clay...I ordered mine from Mountain Rose Herbs online. They are wonderful and have so many good things for making your own bath products. If you don't have clay, you could do without it. The oatmeal is so beneficial. You will love the way your skin feels. xoxo

Love it! Def. keep it the way it is. I think it is reminiscent of a silhouette of a tree backlit by the sunset. Leaves would confuse that effect. It gives great light and color to your living room too. Lovely! P.S. I also love your blog makeover!
