A Homemade Valentine

Peel.
Fill.
Melt. (we melted ours at 230 degrees for 11 minutes)
I put a wee bit of hot glue on the back of them and squished them to a square piece of thick paper.
And Emily wrote out all of her classmates names.
This was a fun activity. If you do it - make sure you have plenty of time - it took us a couple of hours from start to finish.
I later read a tip to soak your crayons for 5 minutes and then the paper will come right off.
I read that tip a little too late! ha!

Love these! We made these a couple years ago for daycare and the kids loved them. Making them and getting them. You're such a great mom. I want to hear about your plan. Call me when you can. xoxo

Hi! First time visiting your blog:-) You have an awesome blog. I've made heart shaped crayons for my girls as well and they loved them. I did not know that you can peal the paper off easily by soaking them for 5min. Thanks for this tip!
